The Fresh Connection is now Home Delivering Prepared Ready Made Meals in the Hobart Area.

We have both Gluten Free and Standard Meals available for those with and without dietary requirements.

These ultra-convenient frozen meals are made by We Feed You and Kitchen Two. The meals are delicious, healthy and chef & dietitian designed which caters to a wide variety of dietary requirements.

The Gluten Free Meals are made in a separate kitchen and ideal for those that have Celiac, Lactose-Free, and Low Fodmap requirements.

With an easy online ordering system these standard and gluten free ready made meals are delivered straight to your door or if you like you even can “click and collect” and visit us in store.

About The Fresh Connection

The Fresh Connection is located inside the Wellington Centre next to the Woolies escalators. We are close to the Royal Hobart Hospital.

The cafe is wheelchair accessible via the entrance with instant access to Argyle St car park. We offer breakfast and lunch with a coffee bar out the front.

Come in and say hello, grab some lunch and let our staff look after you.

We always have coffee or tea here, its nice to see a friendly face as being a long time customer.

Excellent variety of food choices, from sandwiches to roasts, pasta and grilled dishes. The food is fresh and tasty. There is seating but it can get busy at lunchtime. The cafe also has a very good range of hot and cold drinks plus cakes and muffins for the sweet tooth!

Lovely family meals tonight, the chef stayed back a few minutes extra to cook meals before going to Festival of Voices, as we had to have our granddaughter who was singing at 1815hrs. Thank you very much we often have coffee there when in town.
